Want to improve your game? Golf Fitness: “Accessing Power and Control” 4-week semi-private program Each session will focus on a different component of swing fitness and mobility. Clients will receive a blueprint of how to increase their endurance, power and range of motion through exercises that are aimed at golf specificity, increasing the mind muscle connection on how to properly generate force without fatiguing over the course of a round. Details: Four 90-minute sessions that develop the foundation of a powerful and fluid golf swing: Mobility Proprioception Stability Explosiveness Learn to improve the efficacy of your swing with a deep understanding of how the body works as a whole Curated workouts to facilitate proper connection and sequencing Prevent injury, learn what causes it, and control swing path.
